A high energy class done in rebound boots, which absorb impact while you jump. It is the least Pilates thing on this timetable and the reason a lot of people come.
Is the studio open on Saturday?
No. Saturday is closed and Sunday runs 8am to 4pm, which is the reverse of almost every other studio on this site. If Saturday morning is your only slot, look elsewhere.
Why does the weekday schedule have a hole in it?
Monday and Wednesday run 8am to 12pm and then an evening block closing at 9pm. Tuesday and Thursday open earlier, at 5:30am, and follow the same shape. Friday is the one straight through day, 8am to 6pm.
Is booking through ClassPass a good idea?
It works, but the studio openly gives priority and wider availability to people who book direct, and your cancellation terms follow whichever platform you used. If a specific class time matters to you, book on the studio site.
What does the new client offer cost?
$65 for three classes, which is also sold as the standard three class pack.
Where do I park?
No. Free street parking sits right by the entrance and there is a free ground level garage in the same building when the street is full.
Do I need my own mat?
Not for mat classes, those are provided. Reformer classes need grip socks, sold at the studio.
Can I use the space for something other than a class?
Yes. There is a treatment room available to rent, and the studio hosts private events including showers, bachelorettes, birthdays and workshops.
