I love this Pilates studio! Chris is an incredibly kind and knowledgeable instructor who makes everyone feel comfortable and supported. I started as a newbie and have gained so much strength over the past year. The sense of community here is amazing - everyone supports one another, and it feels very welcoming. Highly recommend!

View all FAQsIs there anything besides Pilates?
Yes, facials and clinical skincare run out of the same studio. That combination is rare and it is what the pricing reflects: you are booking into a studio that treats Pilates and skincare as one business.
What is the trial?
$10 for a first class, which is as cheap a way in as this directory offers against a $45 standard drop in. Introductory pack pricing has also appeared, so ask what is running.
How long do class packs last?
Six months for five classes at $190 and ten at $360, and a full year for twenty at $680.
What do the memberships cost?
$319 a month for unlimited, which is at the top end for the East Bay and reflects the studio positioning itself as a luxury experience.
What are the cancellation rules?
Reschedule free more than twelve hours ahead. Late cancellations and no shows are charged.
What is the class like?
Reformer work blending classical foundations with fitness forward intensity, so neither purely classical nor purely contemporary.
When can I train?
The hours are narrow and uneven. Wednesday is two hours in the afternoon only, Thursday runs 9:30am to 8pm, Monday and Tuesday 10am to 6pm, and both weekend days are short mornings.
Can I train barefoot?
Required for every class and sold at the studio. Bring a water bottle and fitted clothing.
