Frequently Asked Questions
View all FAQsDoes Kenergy Pilates work on reformers or only on mats?
Both, although the two sources disagree. Public equipment data has Kenergy down as a mat studio, while kenergypilates.com describes reformer and Cadillac work and names the Tower, Chair and Barrel as well. That is a full apparatus room for a place that reads as mat only on paper, so if you specifically want a reformer spot rather than a mat class, phone (305) 336-9601 first and ask what is running that week.
Is pricing published for Kenergy Pilates?
No rate is published anywhere public, so treat any figure you see quoted elsewhere as unverified. Call (305) 336-9601 for current mat and reformer rates.
Which app handles bookings?
Mindbody. Kenergy schedules through clients.mindbodyonline.com, so if you already hold a Mindbody login it carries straight over.
Does Kenergy offer clinical Pilates?
Kenergy describes clinical Pilates on its own site, alongside reformer and Cadillac work. Read that as a category of session it offers, not as therapy, and ask who supervises it.
Which part of Miami is Kenergy in?
7411 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL 33138. Save the Biscayne address before you set off, and use (305) 336-9601 for anything the map cannot answer.
Is 4.9 from 29 reviews a big enough sample?
Kenergy holds 4.9 from 29 reviews on Google, which is strong but thin for a Miami studio. Read a handful of them rather than trusting the average by itself.
Does Kenergy teach Cadillac and Tower work?
Yes, both are named on kenergypilates.com, along with Chair and Barrel work. Apparatus that specific usually runs in small groups or privately, so ask which format the Cadillac slots use.
Where can I see the studio before I visit?
Kenergy keeps a Facebook page and posts at instagram.com/kenergypilates, which is the quickest look at the Miami room and the apparatus in it before you book.
