Frequently Asked Questions
View all FAQsIs the $199 unlimited a monthly rolling price?
No, and this is the detail to catch. $199 a month is the 12 month rate. Six months costs $219 a month instead, so the headline price carries a year long commitment behind it. Read the term before the number.
What is the cheapest way to train regularly?
Semi private at $35 a session, or $325 for a 10 pack and $600 for 20. Against $85 for a private, semi private here is unusually cheap and it is the value on this price list.
What is the One Month Trial?
$179 for a month, with an introductory private available at $65 if you would rather start one to one.
What are the Elite memberships?
Unlimited classes plus one weekly private session. $479 a month on a 3 month term or $449 a month across 6 months, with paid in full options at both lengths.
What is the Xercizer?
IM=X's patented reformer, heavier sprung than a traditional one and built for strength and cardio work. Mats, rings, handles, foot loops and weights round out the kit, and you can bring your own mat.
Does the membership cover both locations?
The unlimited memberships give access at FishHawk and at IM=X Apollo Beach, which is worth knowing if you commute between them.
Why does the studio close in the afternoon?
Every weekday runs a morning block from 6am to 2pm and an evening one, closing at 8pm most nights and 7pm on Friday. Weekends are 8am to 12pm.
Is there a free class?
The studio advertises one, which is worth taking given how differently the Xercizer loads compared with a standard reformer.
