Hot and warm classes, vinyasa and power yoga fill the schedule, so it leans sweaty rather than gentle.

Which mornings does the hot class run?
Hot yoga goes on Wednesdays, where the morning window closes at 6:30am and the class itself is put at 5:45am. Select Friday mornings get one at 5:45am too, though Friday reads as closed in the weekly hours, so check before setting an alarm. Sunday mornings pick up hot yoga once the weather turns cold.
What runs on Tuesday and Thursday evenings?
Thursday evening finishes at 7:30pm. Tuesday is the warm yoga evening, and two start times circulate for it, 6:30pm and a window ending at 8:30pm, so confirm which one you are booking.
Are the weekend classes early?
Yes. Saturday and Sunday both go at 8am and are done by 9am. Those slots are warm yoga, though hot yoga joins Sunday mornings once the weather turns colder.
Does the five class pass beat paying each time?
A single class is $15 and the five class pass is $60, which lands under the price of five separate drop ins. Sales are final either way, so buy the pass only when you know you are coming back.
Is there anything to do before a class at Igoe 2 Yoga?
Do not eat for at least 90 minutes beforehand, and wear comfortable, stretchy clothing that lets you move. A rented mat gets laid open by the studio exit when you leave.
What happens if I do not cancel in time?
A $10 cancellation fee applies unless you cancel online through Sign Up Genius at least 2 hours ahead, under the policy dated October 1, 2023. Repeat it often enough and scheduling privileges go, and you have to contact the studio directly to get them back.
