Only with two people booked. The studio operates a two person minimum and a class may be cancelled below that, which in a small studio is a real possibility on a quiet slot. Worth checking the roster before you build a morning around one.
Do I need an intro class first?
Yes if you are new to reformer Pilates. The introductory class covers the basic principles, the equipment and any modifications you need before joining a group.
Are there membership fees?
None. The studio charges for classes and packages only, and all packages are non refundable. The new client special is buy ten group classes and get one free.
How cheap is spinning?
$12 for a single 30 minute group spin class or $100 for ten, which is well below what the reformer classes cost.
What is the cancellation window?
Fourteen hours, which is an unusual number and stricter than the common twelve. Miss it and you are responsible for the full payment.
What are the house rules?
Soft hair bands if you need them, no lotions or oils on the body, gripped socks if you wear socks, minimal jewellery, and phones off or muted with conversation kept quiet.
