View all FAQsWhat is the new student deal?
They have a New Student Special: up to 14 classes a week for 2 weeks for $65. There is also a whole month of unlimited classes for $75. Both are for new students, so pick whichever fits your schedule.
How much is a single class and do they have class packs?
A single drop-in is $35. Class packs run 5 for $165, 10 for $320, 20 for $620, and 30 for $900. If you plan to come regularly, a pack works out cheaper per class than drop-ins.
What is the monthly membership?
A monthly membership is $225 for 30 classes. There is also a 6-month unlimited membership for $1260. If you go more than a few times a week, the unlimited might be worth it.
What classes do they offer?
They have hot yoga, hot pilates, bootcamp, and fusion classes. Specifics include Hot Yoga 60 and 90 (a set sequence of 26 poses), Hot Yoga Fusion 60 and 75 (flow-based with more Vinyasa), Yoga Sculpt (a mix of hot yoga, hot Pilates, and barefoot bootcamp with hand weights), Hot Pilates (heated to 95-103°F, combining Pilates with HIIT), Hot Pilates Sculpt (adds hand weights), and Warm Yin 60 (gentle, restorative, less heated).
How hot are the classes?
Most classes are heated between 95-105°F. Hot Pilates is specifically 95-103°F. Warm Yin is less heated.
Do I need to bring my own mat and towel?
They encourage you to bring a yoga mat, a large towel, and plenty of water. If you forget, they rent mats and towels, and they sell water.
What amenities are on site?
They have lockers, showers, filtered water, and free childcare for certain classes. They also have Reformers for private pilates.
What is the late arrival policy?
The front doors are locked during class hours, so you need to arrive early. New students should arrive 15 minutes before their first class to register and get acquainted. For later classes, arriving early is essential because you cannot get in once the doors are locked.
