Frequently Asked Questions
View all FAQsHow do I actually book a class at Hot Yoga Lounge Flagler Beach?
Booking runs on Mindbody. You can go through their website at hotyogaloungefb.com or call (386) 338-3056. Their site does not spell out the exact steps, but Mindbody is the system they use.
What's the real price for a single class?
Their own site lists a $60 drop-in next to a product description, but that looks like a mistake. A web search shows a $10 drop-in and another source says $20. I'd call (386) 338-3056 to confirm before you show up.
Do I need to bring my own mat or can I rent one?
They have mats on site and they offer equipment rentals. So you can rent a mat if you don't want to haul yours. Grip socks are not mentioned in what we found, so I can't say if they sell them.
Is there a cheaper way to go regularly than paying per class?
Yes. A 5-class card is $80 and expires in 2 months, a 10-class card is $160 and expires in 3 months. If you go a lot, unlimited memberships start at $68 per month with auto-pay for one studio.
What kinds of classes do they actually run?
They teach Vinyasa Flow, Yin Fusion, Mommy and Me, Prenatal, Restorative, Kids, and Lunchtime Yoga. They also do Barre Yoga Fusion, which mixes ballet barre, yoga, Pilates, weights, and strength work. Some classes are heated, some are not.
Is the hot yoga really hot?
Yes, their hot yoga classes are in a room heated between 100 and 110 degrees. If that's not your thing, they also have warm and non-heated classes.
