Frequently Asked Questions
View all FAQsWhat does a single class actually cost if I just walk in?
A drop in is $10 according to the listing, but their own site shows a $60 rate next to a Restorative Yoga option, and a web search says $20. We have not been able to reconcile those numbers, so call (386) 283-5675 before you go.
I have never done hot yoga. Which class should I start with?
Most hot yoga classes are leveled beginner to intermediate, so you can jump into any of them. The studio runs Vinyasa Flow, Yin Fusion, and a Hot Dynamic Express 45 Min if you want something shorter. Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to fill out a New Student Waiver if you have not pre-registered.
Do they rent mats and towels, or do I have to haul my own?
They rent both mats and towels on site, so you can show up empty handed. Still, they suggest bringing a large towel for your mat, your own mat if you have one, and water. Bottled water is $2 cash or $2.50 credit if you forget.
Is there a discount for teachers, students, or first responders?
Yes. Teachers, students, military, nurses, essential workers, first responders, hospitality, and seniors get a 1 Studio AutoPay Monthly rate of $68, instead of the regular $85. Certified yoga or fitness instructors and migrating members can get a $10 drop in rate.
How do I book a spot without calling?
You can pre-register using the MindBody App or by visiting the schedule on their website. Their site runs on Mindbody, so the app and the web schedule should sync. If you do not pre-register, just arrive early and sign the waiver.
What is the deal with the $60 class I saw on their site?
Their site shows a $60 rate next to a Restorative Yoga class with a choice of 108 Rhodonite or 108 Snowflake Sodalite. That looks like a special workshop or a private session, not a standard drop in. The listing says $10 and a web search says $20, so call to confirm what that $60 covers.
Can I bring my kid to class?
They have Kids Yoga and Mommy and Me Yoga on the schedule, so yes, there are classes designed for that. The studio also offers Prenatal Yoga if you are expecting.
