Frequently Asked Questions
View all FAQsWhat does a single class cost?
$23 for a single class. A 10 class pack is $175, and membership starts at $159 a month.
Which is better value, the pack or the membership?
It turns on frequency. The 10 class pack at $175 carries no stated expiry, while $159 a month only makes sense if you attend often enough to beat $23 a class.
What styles are taught here?
Vinyasa, restorative, chair and prenatal yoga, plus mat and reformer Pilates. Private sessions run on both the yoga and the Pilates side.
Is there reformer Pilates?
Yes, alongside mat Pilates. The listed equipment is a Reformer, chairs and mats, so a smaller apparatus set than a dedicated Pilates studio.
When is Heartstone open?
7am to 7pm Monday through Friday. Saturday is a morning only, closing at 12pm, and Sunday is shut.
Does Heartstone train teachers?
It does. Teacher training runs at Heartstone alongside the ordinary timetable, so you can train there without leaving the class schedule behind.
What is the address?
14150 Huffmeister Rd, Suite 100, in Cypress. The phone is (713) 560-2426 if you want the schedule first.
Is this a yoga studio or a Pilates studio?
Both, and the name says so: Yoga, Pilates and MELT. In practice that means a Reformer and chairs in the same building as a mat room, with private sessions available on either side. A single class is $23 whichever you pick, so the studio does not price Pilates above yoga the way most places do. Open 7am to 7pm on weekdays.
