Frequently Asked Questions

View all FAQs
Is there a hidden fee?

Yes, and you should know about it before signing. Every membership carries a $195 annual maintenance fee on top of the monthly price. On a $380 a month membership that is effectively half an extra month a year.

How do the memberships compare?

Core Flex is $380 a month for eight classes over four weeks, which the studio itself prices at $47.50 a class. Elite Flex is $440 a month and works out at $36 a class. If you train regularly the more expensive tier is cheaper per session.

How small are the classes?

Six to eight people, which the studio calls semi private coaching rather than a group class.

What runs besides Pilates?

Functional strength training and cardio kickboxing alongside reformer and mat Pilates. Kickboxing in a Pilates studio is unusual and it is part of what the membership buys.

Are body composition scans offered?

Yes, InBody scans to track progress over time, which sits alongside the on demand workouts, nutrition and habit coaching the studio bundles in.

What does a private cost?

$130 a session. New clients are pointed at a Private Intro before joining a group.

How do I find it?

568 East Main Street in Islip, across from Bar Clementine and next door to Chase Bank, with street parking around it.

What is provided?

A changing room, lockers, mats and towels. Bring a sweat towel and a water bottle, and your own mat if you prefer one.
