View all FAQsHow big is the equipment fleet?
Three, used for duo and semi private classes rather than a full group. That is a small operation by design and it means the reformer sessions are close to private instruction.
Is there a sauna?
Yes, a 20 minute sauna session is offered for restoration, and there are showers on site too.
What are Community Classes?
All levels classes taught by future instructors, giving them real world experience. They are a way to train cheaply and a way to help somebody qualify at the same time.
What are the cancellation rules?
Four hours notice for a full credit back. Inside that it is a $20 late fee and you lose the credit, and a no show is the same $20 plus the credit.
How late can I arrive?
Five minutes, and even then entry is not guaranteed. Later than that you are refused and still charged.
How much is a session?
Membership from $85 a month, or class packs at $85 for four and $129 for six. With only three reformers the semi private sessions are the scarce thing here, so a pack that expires is worth checking against how often you can realistically get one of the three spots.
Should I mention an injury?
Yes, tell the instructor before class about any injury or pregnancy. For recent injuries, chronic pain, post surgery recovery or balance problems the studio wants to know in advance rather than mid session.
What should I turn up in?
Clothes you can move in and water. Mats and props are provided, and grip socks are recommended and sold at the studio.
