View all FAQsIs Fusion Fitness actually a Pilates studio?
Not really. Fusion is a strength studio on El Paseo running semi private personal training, bootcamp and yoga, with private and semi private Pilates alongside rather than at the centre of it.
How much is personal training?
One to one is $65 a session across 8 sessions in a month, $520 in total, or $60 a session over 16 sessions across two months at $960.
What does semi private training cost?
For two people, $40 each per session across 8 sessions, which is $320 for the month. For three, it drops to $31 each, or $248.
Who trains here?
Adults 35 and over, averaging 52, and between 90 and 92% of clients are women. Worth knowing before you turn up expecting a mixed room.
What is the cheapest way to try it?
The 3-Day Reboot at $27. You can also book a single class, and first timers should arrive 30 minutes early for the waiver and to meet a coach.
When do the classes run?
The studio opens for a morning block that ends at 6:30am, and small group classes run Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 5:15pm. Sunday is closed.
Are there showers and lockers?
Private showers and restrooms, plus lockers and storage. There are no full locker rooms, so travel light with a towel, water and whatever you drink afterwards.
How does getting started work?
It begins with a starting point session where you go through goals and lifestyle, and a plan is built from that rather than picked off a menu. Every workout is scaled, so coaches adjust exercises and weights down for beginners and up for anyone experienced. Sessions cap at six, coached by Jason Organ, who founded the studio in 2021. Wear athletic clothing and proper footwear, and bring water.
