Frequently Asked Questions
View all FAQsIs FORMÉ members only, or can you drop in?
Both descriptions circulate: a members-only mat Pilates and sculpt studio, and a published $35 drop-in. Founding membership is $285 per month. Call (214) 542-6834 before turning up expecting to pay at the door.
Why should you arrive 30 minutes early?
Ongoing construction. Arrive 30 minutes early, because once class starts there is only a 5-minute grace period.
What does a late cancel cost at FORMÉ?
$14 for a late cancel and $20 for a no-show. Members cancel 12 hours out, non-members 24 hours. All sales are final at FORMÉ, with no refunds and no credit transfers. Changing or cancelling the membership needs an email at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
Can you get in without a mat, and can you rent one?
A mat is required for every class and you will not be let into the studio room without one. STAKT mats are available to rent, but plan for the rental rather than assuming a spare will be lying around. First-time direct bookings also get a complimentary yoga towel. Grip socks are required as well, they are sold on site, and no shoes are allowed in the rooms.
What do the showers have?
Two showers with triple shower heads, complimentary towels, and products including OUAI shampoo and conditioner, Rhode face cleanser, Patrick Ta hair and body spray, Native deodorant, cleansing wipes and hair ties.
Which classes run heated and which do not?
FORMÉ runs heated, warm and non-heated classes, so check the label before booking. Beyond mat Pilates there is sculpt, strength training and restorative sessions such as sound baths.
How early does the door open on a weekday versus a weekend?
5am on weekdays, running to 9pm. Saturday and Sunday are shorter, 6am to 1pm, so anything after 1pm has to be a weekday booking at FORMÉ.
Is the 4.4 rating a fair read?
4.4 from 31 Google reviews is a small sample for a Dallas studio, so a handful of bad ones moves the average. Read the recent reviews rather than the number, especially with construction going on outside.
