View all FAQsI'm new here. How do I actually get into my first class?
Head to their online schedule, create a free account, buy the 3 classes for $25 intro offer, pick a class and location, then show up 15 minutes early for orientation. The intro offer expires in 30 days, so don't sit on it.
I've heard I need grip socks. Can I just buy them there?
Yep, they sell grip socks on site. But they're required, so if you forget yours, you'll be buying a pair before class.
What are my options if I want to come regularly?
They've got a few membership tiers: 4 classes a month for $99, 8 classes for $159, and unlimited for $209. If you're all in, the 3 month unlimited is $599. Unlimited members also get priority booking up to 2 weeks out.
How early should I roll up for my first session?
They ask that you arrive 15 minutes early for orientation. It's a good idea anyway, since they have a 4 hour cancellation policy and you don't want to be rushed.
Is this all Reformer, or do they do mat work too?
It's Reformer based. The main equipment is the Reformer, and they offer group Reformer classes. They also have mat classes, but the Reformer is the star.
If I book and can't make it, what happens?
They have a 4 hour cancellation window. If you cancel after that, you'll lose the class credit or get charged a fee. So set a reminder.
