View all FAQsIs FORM YPS just Pilates, or is there yoga too?
Both. Reformer Pilates runs alongside infrared heated yoga, PiYo and sculpt, on 12 Allegro 2 reformers, so popular slots go early.
Is the $30 drop in worth it, or should I buy a card?
Depends how often you go. A single class is $30, the 5-class card is $100, the 10-class card is $190 and the 20-class card is $360, so the bigger cards cut the per class cost. Buy the 20 only if you will genuinely get through it before the 6-month expiration, because credits sit on a clock.
How early does FORM YPS open on a weekday?
Weekdays open at 5am and close at 7pm, so an early reformer class before work is realistic. Saturday and Sunday are shorter, 7am to 2pm.
What do the monthly plans cost?
Three tiers: $69 for up to 4 classes a month, $108 for up to 8 classes, and an unlimited in-studio membership with no published price. Ring 817-704-0479 for that one.
What should I sort out before a first class?
Arrive at least 10 minutes early on a first visit for a run through of the reformers. Parking is easy: spots in front of the door, and a covered garage behind with a covered path.
What happens if I cancel a class inside 12 hours?
The credit is forfeited, and monthly members also pay a $25 fee. Cancel more than 12 hours out and nothing is lost, and note the waitlist closes 13 hours before the start.
What if I am more than 5 minutes late?
You will not be let in. FORM YPS holds the door once 5 minutes have passed.
Does a monthly membership renew on its own?
Yes. The 4-class, 8-class and unlimited memberships renew automatically unless you give 30 days notice before the renewal date, and there is a 3-month minimum first.
