Frequently Asked Questions

View all FAQs
What does a Pilates class cost at Flow?

A single equipment class is $40. Packs bring that down: $175 for five, $300 for ten, $525 for twenty. Unlimited Pilates is $249 a month.

What about the yoga prices?

Cheaper. $20 a class, $85 for five, $150 for ten and $220 for twenty. Unlimited yoga is $130 a month, or $299 for three months.

Is there an intro offer for new students?

Two, and they are separate. A month of unlimited yoga, mat and barre is $59. For Pilates it is 3 introductory 45-minute private sessions for $99.

Can I walk into an equipment class as a beginner?

No. Pilates equipment classes require prior experience on the Reformer, the Cadillac Tower and the Wunda Chair, which is exactly why the intro privates exist.

What does a private session cost?

Private yoga is $65 and private Pilates $70. A Duo works out at $45 per person, the cheapest way to keep close attention on your form.

Do I need to bring a mat or a towel?

Not if you would rather rent. Mats go for $2 and towels for $3. Water and coconut water are $2 each at the desk.

When is Flow open?

7am to 8pm, seven days a week, which is unusually consistent. No shorter Sunday and no split shift to work around.

Is Flow a yoga studio or a Pilates studio?

Genuinely both, and priced as two businesses under one roof. Yoga runs $20 a class, with hot, yin, power flow, aroma and barre variants on the timetable. Pilates equipment is $40 and runs as a full apparatus system: reformer through tower, spine corrector, jumpboards and matwork. The memberships do not overlap either, at $130 unlimited yoga and $249 unlimited Pilates. Work out which side you are actually buying before you pick.
