Frequently Asked Questions

View all FAQs
How do I book a class?

Classes are booked through their website at https://www.equilibriummovement.net/class-schedule-4, which runs on Mindbody. You will need to create an account there to reserve a spot.

Do I need to bring my own mat?

You can rent a mat for $4, or buy one from their boutique retail area. They also have mats on site, so you are covered either way.

Is there an intro offer for new clients?

Yes, new clients can get 3 private studio sessions for $200. This is a first package only and is valid for 45 days from first use. A single session costs $100, so the intro offer saves you $100 if you plan to take three.

What are the class packages and memberships?

They offer five sessions for $475 (valid 3 months) and ten for $900 (valid 5 months). Monthly memberships require a 3-month commitment, start immediately, and credits expire at the end of the 3 months.

What types of yoga and Pilates do they offer?

They have heated and non-heated classes: Power Vinyasa, Vinyasa, Therapeutic 26&2 (a Bikram-style class), Yin Yoga, Pilates, and fusion classes like Yoga Sculpt. Yin Yoga is gentle and good for beginners.

Is parking easy?

There are two dedicated spots in front of the studio, plus a paid public lot next door. Limited free street parking may be available in front, but check signs to avoid paid spaces.
