View all FAQsCan I still get the $249 Founder Membership?
No, it sold out. That was a one-time offer capped at the first 25 clients, holding a lifetime rate of $249/month for unlimited mat and reformer classes. Anyone who took it keeps it.
Are current class prices published?
Not publicly. The only figure on record is that sold out Founder rate, so the live schedule on elstudiopilates.com carries present pricing. Every class needs booking in advance.
When does a membership actually start?
On the day of your first class, not the day you pay. It then auto-renews monthly.
Why do Friday and Saturday end at 11am?
Both are mornings only, closing at 11am, and Sunday runs 7am to 12pm. Monday through Thursday are the long days, open until 8pm.
What are the Clases en Español?
Pilates classes taught in Spanish, built around technique, conscious movement and community. El Studio Pilates is Latina-owned, and Spanish language classes sit among the regular styles here rather than turning up occasionally.
How big are the small group classes?
No cap is published, but the room answers it. There are 6 reformers, 6 mats and 6 chairs, which is why the format reads semi-private rather than large group.
Which apparatus does El Studio Pilates have?
Reformer, Tower, Cadillac, Chair, Springboard, Jumpboard and Mat are all on site in South Austin.
Which class should a first timer book?
Reformer Essentials + is the one built for foundations, classical work and education, so start there rather than in Strength Reformer +, which is the athletic class with loud music and progressive sequencing. Control Reformer + is the middle ground, slower and led by breath and form. Sunday • Reset ends with a sound bowl meditation and is a recovery class, not an introduction to the method.
