About CoreReform
CoreReform is a boutique pilates studio in Highland Park, NJ, teaching reformer pilates in a group format. With just 10 reformers, the space is intentionally small to keep sessions personal. The method emphasizes time under tension, sustaining each movement to build controlled strength. Classes are booked through Mariana Tek, and the studio offers on-demand classical reformer classes via its app. Founded by Amie Retzlaff and Susan Favale, longtime yoga studio owners, CoreReform frames movement as a lifelong practice.
