View all FAQsWhat is the studio next to?
Cedar Hill Plaza, near the Walgreens and Wyckoff Pizza. Easier to find than the street number.
Why is Saturday so short?
Saturday runs 7am to 1pm only, against 6am to 9pm Monday through Thursday. Friday closes at 7pm and Sunday runs 8am to 3pm, so the weekend slots go quickly.
What are the four levels called?
Foundation at Level 1, Progression at 1.5, Evolution at Level 2 and Mastery at 2.5. There are nine formats spread across them, including Reformer Flow, Cardio Sculpt, Control, Suspend, Restore, Center plus Balance and F.I.T.
Is there somewhere to change?
Yes. Changing rooms, lockers and air conditioning are all listed at this location, which is not something every studio in the chain carries, and it makes the Cedar Hill Avenue site an easier one to visit straight from work or before heading somewhere else.
What do I need to wear?
Breathable, form fitting clothing, with long hair tied back. Grip socks are required and sold at the studio if you turn up without a pair.
How do I book after the free intro?
Through the Club Pilates app once you are set up. The complimentary 30 minute introductory class is booked on the website instead, and they want 15 minutes of margin before your first one so you can sign in and walk the floor.
How experienced are the instructors?
Every Club Pilates instructor completes over 500 hours of comprehensive Pilates training before teaching, which is a longer runway than many boutique studios require.
