View all FAQsHow long are the weekday hours?
Fifteen hours, 6am to 9pm Monday through Thursday, which is among the widest in the New Jersey group. Friday shuts an hour earlier. For anybody commuting into Manhattan from Bergen County that matters more than it sounds: a 9pm close means a class is still possible after a late train, which most studios in this chain cannot offer.
What does the Paramus score say?
4.8 across 356 ratings. That is a big sample by any measure, and an average that size does not survive unless the teaching is consistent, at Club Pilates on Paramus Park.
How does the weekend run?
Saturday runs 7am to 4pm and Sunday 8am to 2pm, so Saturday is by some way the more useful of the two, at Club Pilates on Paramus Park.
Can I try it for free?
Paramus Park offers a free first class to anyone new, booked ahead the same way a paid one is.
What is the equipment at Paramus?
Paramus Park holds the full Club Pilates set, reformers first with a Chair, Springboard, Jumpboard and mats supporting them.
Is classical Pilates offered?
Yes, taught alongside reformer and tower work, and privates are available here too.
Does the studio certify teachers?
Yes, a teacher training programme operates out of Paramus in addition to the public classes.
Whereabouts is it?
700 Paramus Park, which is the mall address, so expect mall parking rather than a street frontage.
