About Club Pilates
The Gramercy Club Pilates teaches classical and reformer Pilates with tower and mat work on the same schedule. Classes are low impact but full body, moving between the reformer, springboard, chair and mat so no two sessions repeat exactly. A free first class is available for anyone new to the format. The chain has grown worldwide from a single San Diego studio opened in 2007.
