Frequently Asked Questions
View all FAQsHow do I book a class at this Club Pilates location?
You book through the Club Pilates website at the Bayside location page, not by calling. The phone number is for general questions, not reservations.
Is the first class really free?
Yes, the intro offer is a free first class. That's a good deal if you're new to Reformer work, since a single class would cost more.
What equipment will I find in the studio?
They have Reformers, Chairs, Springboards, Jumpboards, and mats. So you can do a mix of Reformer, Chair, and mat-based Pilates.
Do they sell grip socks at the front desk?
Their website mentions grip socks for sale, so you can likely buy a pair if you forget yours. But I'd call ahead to confirm they have your size.
What kind of Pilates do they teach here?
They offer Reformer, Tower, Classical, and Private Pilates, plus classes that are low-impact and full-body. The site describes each style, so you can see which fits you.
Is this studio well-reviewed?
It has a 4.8 rating on Google from 156 reviews, so most people are happy with it. That's a solid score for a Pilates studio.
