Frequently Asked Questions
View all FAQsI saw the first class is free, but is there any catch?
No catch. The intro offer is a free 30-minute Introductory Class that walks you through Pilates basics and the equipment. You can book it directly through their site.
How do I actually book a class here?
You book online at their location page, clubpilates.com/location/estero. You can also call the studio at (239) 288-5521 if you prefer to talk to a person.
Do I need to bring my own mat or socks?
You need grip socks, and they sell them at the studio if you don't have a pair. Mats are provided, so you don't need to haul one in. Bring a reusable water bottle too.
What equipment will I actually use in class?
The main equipment is the Reformer, which uses body weight, springs, and straps. They also have Springboards, EXO-Chairs, barre, TRX, Bosu, and mats. So you'll get variety.
What are the class levels and how do I know which one to pick?
There are four levels: Level 1 (Foundation), Level 1.5 (Progression), Level 2 (Evolution), and Level 2.5 (Mastery). If you're new, start with Level 1. The intro class is a good way to figure out where you fit.
Are the instructors actually qualified?
