View all FAQsI saw the first class is free. Is that just for locals, or can anyone book it?
The free intro class is open to anyone. You book it online at their Las Colinas location page, and it is a 30 minute session. Plan to arrive 15 minutes early to sign a waiver and meet the instructor.
What do I need to bring for my first class? I have my own mat, but will I need socks?
You can bring your own mat, but the studio also has mats. Grip socks are required and they sell them there. They have filtered water dispensers, so bring a reusable bottle, and a sweat towel if you want one.
I've never done Reformer Pilates. What equipment will I actually be on in a typical class?
Most classes use the Reformer, and some use the Chair, Springboard, or Jumpboard. For example, CP Reformer Flow is all Reformer, while CP Cardio Sculpt uses the Jumpboard. The studio also has mats, barre, TRX, and Bosu.
How much does a single class cost if I don't want a membership?
Drop-in rates vary by location, but they range from $25 to $52. For this studio, a membership might be cheaper if you plan to come regularly. The 4-pack membership starts at $79 a month.
What's the difference between the class levels? I'm a beginner, so which one should I pick?
Levels go from 1 to 2.5. Level 1 is Foundation, then 1.5 Progression, 2 Evolution, and 2.5 Mastery. As a beginner, start with Level 1. The intro class is a good way to see where you fit.
I saw a mention of a 'Pilates Body Challenge' on their site. What is that?
It's a challenge they run through their app, and you can win a free year of Pilates. If you're interested, ask the studio for details on the current challenge.
