Is this normal reformer Pilates?
No. BODYROK adds strength training and high energy music, keeping the heart rate up for the full session with more exercises, longer segments and quicker transitions. It is deliberately faster and sweatier than classical work.
Are lockers provided?
Yes, and with locks fitted, which plenty of boutique studios still do not bother to provide.
What should I have on?
Fitted clothing so the instructor can see your alignment. Loose clothes and dangling jewellery catch in the reformer. Grip socks are required and sold at the studio.
Can I buy water there?
Yes, bottled water is sold and there is a refill station for your own bottle.

6:30am to 8:30pm Monday through Friday, 7am to 2pm Saturday and 8am to 2pm Sunday.
