Love love love this studio! I’ve been going for ten (10!) years and am so grateful to all the wonderful instructors. I feel fitter than ever in my 40s. The studio is clean and bright and just a very pleasant place. Everyone who works there is super sweet. Highly recommend!!
This studio has some great teachers (including nikki and vdog) . The front desk staff is very warm and professional. The class schedule is convenient with lots of class options and frequent availability. Overall a great studio!

View all FAQsWhich intro offer is the best value?
Five classes for $99 as a new client special, expiring in a month. The standard 5 class package over 30 days is $149, so the intro version saves you fifty dollars for the same thing. Two weeks unlimited at $79 and a first month unlimited at $149 are the other two routes in.
How much is a single first class?
$20 for a first visit. After that the packages take over, at $169 for 5, $299 for 10 and $549 for 20.
Does the studio shut in the afternoon?
Yes, every weekday. Mornings run from 6:30am to 1:45pm and then a second block opens later, closing at 8:15pm on Monday, 7:15pm Tuesday and 6:15pm on Friday. The afternoon gap is real and it is roughly two hours wide.
What happens at the weekend?
Saturday 7am to 12:45pm and Sunday 8am to 12:45pm, both single morning blocks with no evening.
What does the reformer do differently?
It is BODYROK's own machine, aluminium built in the USA, with a jump board, straps, a bungee and a very wide spring range. That combination pushes the class toward strength training rather than classical control work.
How long are the classes?
45 minutes, with the transitions kept short so the session covers the ground a longer class would.
What do the reviews say?
4.8 from 68 reviews at the University Avenue studio, a good average on a reasonable sample.
Is there parking?
Street parking only. There are lockers and changing rooms inside, and grip socks are sold at the desk.
