How does the waitlist work here?
If a spot opens more than 12 hours out you are added automatically and emailed. Inside 12 hours, a team member texts to offer it while the studio is open.
Do class packs expire?
Six months from purchase, which is longer than most studios allow. A 5 pack is $179, doubling to 10 costs $319, and 20 comes in at $569.
Is a first class beginner friendly?
Every class is, according to the studio. Instructors onboard you to the machine, give modifications and offer hands-on support during the session.
What happens if I am late as a new client?
You are not permitted entry. New clients need to arrive 15 minutes before class for onboarding, and that is not negotiable.
What does Campbell charge per month?
$299 unlimited, $269 for 12 classes, $199 for 8, and $119 for 4. A second class in one day on unlimited adds $15.
When is the Campbell studio open?
6am to 8pm Monday through Friday. Saturday keeps the 6am start but closes at 2pm, and Sunday runs 7am to 1pm.
What are the fees if I miss a class?
Cancel at least 12 hours ahead or it costs you. On an unlimited package or membership a late cancel is $15, and on a class pack you lose the credit. A no-show either loses the class or triggers a $20 charge. Booking is through the BODYROK or Mindbody app, 30 days out for members and 14 days for everyone else. Bring grip socks, a water bottle and a towel, all of which the studio also sells.
