Frequently Asked Questions
View all FAQsIs Sunday worth planning around?
Yes, and it is the standout here. Sunday runs 9am to 5pm, by far the longest Sunday of any BODYBAR studio, while Saturday is a short 7am to 12pm. Most studios in this chain treat Sunday as a half morning.
What is the earliest slot?
5:30am on weekdays. Monday and Tuesday run through to 8pm, while Friday closes at 5pm.
How is the timetable structured?
Around seven named formats rather than levels. Precision and Performance sit at opposite ends for pace, Strength and Fusion mix the apparatus, Agility uses the Jumpboard, and Reset and Balance 40 are the recovery pair.
Is the rating any good?
4.7 from 77 reviews at the Stonebridge Drive studio, in line with the rest of the chain.
Do I need prior experience?
No. BODYBAR does not sort its timetable by skill level at all, so every class is open to everyone with the instructor giving modifications inside it. Precision is still the sensible first booking.
What is the cancellation window?
Ten hours. Miss it and there is a late cancellation fee, on the reasoning that your reformer could have gone to somebody on the waitlist.
Can I book a private session?
Yes, BODYBAR Private Training runs in both one to one and small group formats alongside the regular timetable.
