Frequently Asked Questions

View all FAQs
How long is a class at Bloom?

50 minutes, full body and low impact. That holds across the group reformer classes and the mat ones.

What do class packs cost?

$185 for 5, $280 for 8, $330 for 10 and $600 for 20. A single drop in is $40.

How long before a pack expires?

A drop in lasts 1 month. The 5 and 8 packs expire in 2 months, and the 10 and 20 packs in 4 months.

What are the class styles called?

Reform and Reload, Breathe and Release for a sound bath, Stretch and Sculpt at all levels, Strong and Lean for intermediate up, Bounce and Burn on the jumpboard, and Pilates and Power for advanced.

Can I pay cash?

No. Bloom is a cashless business, and you need a valid credit package or membership on file before you can reserve a spot.

How does the waitlist work?

You need to buy a class credit before you can join a waitlist, so a place on it is not free to hold.

What do I need to wear?

Athletic apparel is required, and grip socks are required for group reformer classes. Socks can be bought at reception.

When is Bloom open, and what should a first timer do?

6am to 8pm Monday through Friday, and 8am to 2pm at the weekend. On a first visit arrive at least 10 minutes early for orientation, because reformer classes assume you know where things are. Booking runs through the website or the Bloom Pilates App. Bounce and Burn is high intensity and pitched at intermediate, so Stretch and Sculpt is the sensible first pick at all levels.
