Frequently Asked Questions
View all FAQsWhat classes does Blaze run?
Group Reformer, Wunda Chair, and a Wall Unit and Mixed Apparatus class. All small group, all classical repertoire.
What is in the Mixed Apparatus class?
Barrels plus small apparatus: foot and toe exercisers, magic circles, weights and neck stretchers. More variety than a straight reformer class.
Whose equipment does the studio use?
GRATZ, Balanced Body and LEGACY, which is classical kit rather than contemporary. The repertoire follows it.
Who teaches at Blaze?
Marianne, who owns the studio and teaches in it, with a background as a professional athlete and a focus on form, breathing and alignment.
How do I book a private?
Call or text (954) 649-1185. Group classes book through Momence, but privates are arranged directly.
Why does the studio close midday?
Monday and Wednesday break after 1:30pm and reopen in the evening, closing at 8:30pm. Thursday runs 8:30am to 2:30pm then an evening block too.
What are the weekend hours?
Saturday is short, 9am to 11am. Sunday runs longer, 9am to 3pm, which is unusual for a classical studio.
Is there a published price?
No. Blaze publishes no drop in rate, no class pack and no membership figure anywhere public, which is worth knowing before you plan. What is described is moderate pricing for the format, but moderate is not a number. Call or text (954) 649-1185 and ask what a group reformer class and a private each cost. The rating is 4.4 from 33 Google reviews.
