Frequently Asked Questions
View all FAQsWhy is Bending Light Yoga closed most weekdays?
The week here is short. Tuesday carries the most: a morning block from 8:30am to 12pm, then an evening block that finishes at 7pm. Thursday and Saturday are mornings only, both 8:30am to 12pm. Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday have nothing at all, so a Vero Beach visitor planning a Sunday class will find the door shut.
Is aerial yoga the only thing on the schedule?
No. Yin yoga, private yoga and mat classes are all described on the site, and their own wording is that classes are made for beginners to more advanced practitioners.
Are class prices published anywhere?
No published rates for Bending Light Yoga, so call (772) 999-1240 before you plan a trip in.
Is booking on Momence or Arketa?
Both turn up for Bending Light Yoga, so sort it out before paying. Arketa is where the class link lands, Momence also appears, so use whichever the live class page opens.
How late can a class be cancelled?
A cancellation window applies, but the length is not published, so ask when you book. Phone (772) 999-1240 and get the rule confirmed before you hold an aerial spot.
What should I look for at the 44th Ave address?
The unit letter matters: the address is 1960 44th Ave studio b, Vero Beach, FL 32966, so check the unit rather than just the street number.
Does the review average tell you anything?
More than usual. 175 reviews is a large sample for a Vero Beach yoga studio, and the average holds at five stars, so the pattern looks consistent rather than lucky.
Where does the studio post schedule changes?
Facebook at facebook.com/bendinglight321, Instagram at instagram.com/bendinglightyoga, YouTube at youtube.com/c/BendingLightYoga and X at x.com/_bendinglight. Useful when the Vero Beach schedule shifts and the website has not caught up.
