Frequently Asked Questions

View all FAQs
Is the studio accessible?

Yes, with accessible parking spaces, entrance ramps and barrier free pathways, and instructors trained to provide modifications for different abilities. That combination is rarer than it should be in a reformer studio.

Does a first visit cost anything?

Yes, a free 30 minute intro class, plus a free jumpboard workshop.

How long are the classes?

Fifty minutes, except the intro at 30. The formats are Beginner Flow, Intermediate Flow and Jumpboard Flow.

How much do I pay each month?

$110 a month for four classes, $170 for eight and $220 for unlimited, all requiring a three month signup.

How long do class packs last?

Three months, on all of them: $35 for a single, $150 for five and $270 for ten.

What equipment is there?

Reformers, mats, springboards and TRX bands, which is a wider set than a reformer only room.

Who founded it?

Jessica Longoria, with 500 hours of Pilates training and certification, and the studio runs a teacher training programme.

How early can I train?

Mornings open early on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, running until 10am, with an evening block closing at 8pm. Saturday finishes at 10am and Sunday is closed. That morning and evening split with nothing between is worth checking against your own week, because there is no midday class on any day.
