Frequently Asked Questions

View all FAQs
Does the $400 membership cover everything?

No, and read this before you sign. It buys ten in studio classes a month, priority booking on your favourites, and one guest pass. It specifically excludes Carey's Classes and the 2-Person Classes, so if either is what you actually want, the membership will not get you in.

There are two week long intro passes. Which one?

The cheaper. A Pilates Boot Camp 7 Day Pass is $110 for seven classes, and a One Week Intro Class Pack is $140 for the same seven classes over a week. Same volume, thirty dollars apart. There is also an 8x Intro 30-Day pack at $300 covering eight in person classes and one online.

What is the cheapest way to try the studio?

The Intro 2-Pack at $48 for two classes, against $52 for a single Reformer and Tower class. Effectively two for less than the price of one.

Can I practise from home?

Yes, online mat classes are $22, which is the cheapest thing on the price list by some distance. In studio, a Reformer and Tower class is $52 and a 2-Person Class is $65 each.

Is this Cobble Hill or Carroll Gardens?

Both names get used. One record files it under Cobble Hill while the studio describes itself as Carroll Gardens. The address, 236 Carroll Street, sits on the border between the two.

Are there prenatal classes?

Yes, in studio pre and post natal classes run alongside the regular Reformer and Tower sessions.

What is the one to one price?

An introductory package of three privates is $270. This is a classical studio, so expect the full apparatus: Reformer, Tower and Chair.
