Classes run 20-50 minutes and are graded beginner, intermediate and advanced. The repertoire is the classic one with modifications and add-on exercises, and meditation classes sit alongside the Pilates.
What happens on a first visit?
You get a posture evaluation and an FMS movement screen, plus a TPI screen if you play golf, and what comes back shapes the program they build. Expect corrective work from FMS, Redcord Active exercises and Pilates rather than a straight class. The Redcord rig is exercise equipment, described as retraining faulty movement patterns and building deep stabilizing muscles, balance and flexibility.
