I’ve taken the Xformer classes and the heated mat at 11:11 and my experience every time has been positive. The instructors are friendly and high energy without coming off a disingenuous. The workouts are always challenging in the best way. … More

The most beautiful studio and just as amazing of a workout. The instructors are all so sweet and every class was the perfect mix of challenging, while still being beginner friendly. Definitely my new go to pilates studio- I love the mix of heated mat & xformer.

Amazing studio! So aesthetic and beautiful. There's a full locker room, one side is infrared heated mat Pilates and the other side is reformer. If you get the chance to take the owner Hails B class you won't regret it! She's known for being one of the best

Frequently Asked Questions

View all FAQs
What are the three class styles?

Heated Mat Pilates, 11th Hour, and Modern XFormer Pilates. The first two are floor based, the third runs on a spring loaded resistance machine.

What is the 11th Hour class?

The high energy one, driven by music, mixing strength with cardio and quicker transitions. The final 11 minutes are a continuous core block.

How hot is the mat class?

It uses infrared heat rather than hot air, which warms the body directly. The studio uses it to help muscles warm up and to aid recovery.

How long is an XFormer class?

45 minutes, precision based and full body, with constant tension coming from spring loading. Slow tempo rather than fast.

What does a class cost?

$40 for a drop in. A 5-pack is $185 and expires in 6 weeks, an 11-pack is $385 and lasts 90 days.

What are the memberships?

4 classes a month for $130, 8 for $230, and unlimited at $310. New members get 20% off a first month, and extra classes beyond your limit are $28.

How much is a private?

$110 for a single session. A 5-pack is $525 with a 4-month expiry, and an 11-pack is $1100 over 6 months.

When is the studio open, and what do I bring?

6am to 8pm Monday through Saturday, which is a long day six days a week. Sunday is short, 8am to 12pm. Equipment and towels are provided, so you need very little. Grip socks are required for XFormer classes and sold at the studio if you turn up without. There are lockers. The address is 6110 Friars Rd, Suite 203.
