Erien is the BEST Pilates instructor. I was new to Pilates and she made me feel so welcomed and always keeps it to a level that I can do yet challenges me. Every Tuesday and Wednesday I am there at 5:10!

Have had so many great experiences here! Adriana and Eriens classes are challenging yet always with clear instructions, modification options and motivating. I’ve taken a few other instructors as well and have had awesome classes all around. Clean studio, highly recommend!

Been coming to Befit since 2023 and took a class with Erien M, fell in absolute love! Since then I’ve gotten my own certification, mainly because she was so inspirational to me. Fast forward to 2025, I returned back to her class and was reminded of why I love this. I highly recommend this studio! 🤍 …
