About 105F
105F runs four studios in Chicago, and Andersonville is the one on North Clark, up on the second floor. The room is the whole point. Original Hot Yoga 90 is the fixed 26 posture sequence at 105 degrees for 90 minutes, and there is a 60 minute version of the same series for when you cannot give it the full hour and a half.
The Pilates is Inferno Hot Pilates, which runs at 95 degrees rather than 105, and the PLUS version adds weights and resistance bands. If you want heat without the fixed sequence, Hot Vinyasa sits at 80 to 90 degrees and Yin at 80.
One class is worth calling out. 26+Tunes is the same 26 posture series set to music with no verbal instruction at all, so it assumes you already know the sequence by heart.
Doors open 30 minutes before class and lock precisely at the start time. There is no late entry, which is strict enough to plan your journey around.
Pricing is identical across all four locations. A single class is $29, ten classes is $259, and unlimited is $159 a month on a two month minimum. Your first two weeks are $55 if you have never practiced here, or have been away more than a year.

View all FAQsWhat does a class cost?
A single class is $29 and stays valid 30 days. Packs are $135 for five, which expires in two months, and $259 for ten, which expires in four. Memberships run $95 a month for five classes, $159 for unlimited, and $209 for a premium unlimited that adds mat and towel rental, mat storage and a monthly guest pass. Memberships carry a two month minimum and need 30 days written notice to cancel.
Is there an offer for a first visit?
Two weeks of unlimited classes for $55. It is open to brand new students and to anyone who has not practiced at 105F in over a year, so a lapsed member can use it again.
How hot is each class, actually?
It varies by format, which is the useful part. Original Hot Yoga 90 and 60 and 26+Tunes all run at 105 degrees. Inferno Hot Pilates and the PLUS version run at 95. Hot Vinyasa is 80 to 90, and Yin is 80. If the full 105 sounds like a lot, Yin is the gentlest entry.
What happens if I turn up late?
You do not get in. Doors open 30 minutes before class and lock precisely at the start time, and the studio states there is no late entry. Aim to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early, and allow longer on a first visit to register and sign the waiver.
What do I need to bring?
A yoga mat, a large towel and a water bottle. If you arrive without, a mat rents for $4 and a towel for $4, and bottled water is $3. The studio is cashless, so bring a card rather than notes. Lockers are free at all four studios.
Can I use my pass at the other 105F studios?
Yes. Every pass, pack and membership is valid at all four locations: Andersonville, Lincoln Park, South Loop and Wicker Park. The prices are the same at each.
How much is a private session?
Private one to one instruction starts at $149 for a 60 minute session, with an additional $15 per person per session if you bring others. Private group bookings are handled by email rather than through the app.
Are children allowed in class?
Children 12 and under cannot attend. Ages 13 to 15 need a parent or guardian in the class with them. Ages 16 to 18 can attend alone, but a parent or guardian has to sign a waiver in the studio before a first session. The studio says it makes exceptions for children of current members.
Which locker room should I use?
The studio's published policy is that students use the locker room aligning with their gender identity, and it asks everyone to respect the privacy of others.
