Yes, three classes for $36 for local residents and first time guests. New members also get 20% off a first month on a single studio unlimited membership with no enrolment fee.
Why does nothing start before 8am?
Because the studio opens at 8am every day of the week, closing at 8pm midweek, 7pm on Friday, 4pm Saturday and 3pm Sunday. There is no dawn class here, which is unusual for a YogaSix and worth checking against your own schedule.
What does a membership run?
$109 a month for four classes on a two month commitment, which undercuts several other studios in the chain.
What is Y6 Core?
A strength and stability class focused on the abdomen, the mid and low back, and the glutes. It sits alongside Mix, TRX and Mobility as a specialty format.
What are the signature classes?
Six: Sculpt, Signature Hot, Slow Flow, Restore, Power Flow and the beginner Y6 101. Sculpt combines yoga with dumbbells, bands and bodyweight work in a warm room.
What is the room like?
Heated practice rooms with a stereo system and a lighting rig that uses coloured light to set the mood of each class. It is a designed sensory experience rather than a plain studio.
