View all FAQsWhat does the $20 intro week at Yoga House RGV include?
New clients get one week of unlimited classes for $20, which is enough to try Hot Pilates and Hot Yoga before choosing a membership.
Which unlimited contract at Yoga House RGV costs the least each month?
The 12-month contract is cheapest at $119/month. After that it climbs to $129/month on a 6-month contract, $139/month on a 3-month contract and $149/month month to month. The McAllen starting price published as $129/mo matches the 6-month rate, not the yearly one, so confirm at the desk which figure applies today. Lock in a year only if you already practise here several times a week.
Should I buy the 5 class pack or the 10 class pack in McAllen?
The 10 class pack at $169 lasts 12 months and costs less per class than 5 classes at $95, which expire in 6 months.
How hot do the rooms at Yoga House RGV get?
Most hot classes run between 90 and 105°F, warmed by infrared heat, forced air and natural sunlight.
Is Hot Yoga Basics the right first class for a beginner?
For most newcomers, yes. Hot Yoga Basics follows the 26 & 2 sequence derived from Bikram Yoga, and Yin Yang Yoga is the non-heated option if the heat worries you.
Can I rinse off at Yoga House RGV after a heated class?
Plan to change, not shower. The website mentions showers, but a published summary says Yoga House RGV has changing rooms and no showering facilities, so pack a towel.
How early can I fit in a class before work in McAllen?
Weekday doors open at 5am, the morning block ends at 1pm and evening classes run until 8:30pm. Saturday is 8am to 2:30pm; Sunday closes at 7pm.
How late can I drop a Yoga House RGV booking without a penalty?
Cancel at least 4 hours ahead to avoid the no-show policy. Book on Mindbody or by phone, trying (956) 446-2423 first and (956) 446-2425 if that fails.
