Frequently Asked Questions
View all FAQsIs this Mt Dora or Mount Dora?
Both spellings turn up. The address is 3800 Lake Center Dr Suite B6, Mt Dora FL 32757, and a search for Mount Dora lands in the same place.
What classes does Trimethod Wellness actually run?
The lineup runs Barre, Mat Pilates, Lotus Hot Power Yoga, Mommy and Me Pilates, Pilates Fusion, and Gem Gals. The studio's own site leads with mat pilates and power yoga, so those are the spine of the schedule and the rest fill in around them. Mats, barre equipment and yoga blocks are provided, and all fitness levels are welcome, which matters if Lotus Hot Power Yoga is your first attempt at heat.
Why is Monday posted so much later than the rest of the week?
Monday is posted as 8:30am to 10:30pm, far later than any other day. Confirm it by phone.
Can I get to a Trimethod Wellness class after work?
Tuesday and Wednesday add an afternoon block ending at 6:30pm, the only evenings on offer. Thursday and Friday stop at 11am, Saturday at 11:30am, Sunday closed.
How small are the classes here?
Small. Capacity runs 8-10 people, so a Trimethod Wellness class fills quickly and their app opens booking 30 days ahead.
Do I need shoes or socks for a class?
Gem Gals needs shoes. Every other class is barefoot or in yoga or barre socks, which are not provided, though grip socks are sold at the studio.
What happens if I cancel within 3 hours?
Free if you cancel more than 3 hours ahead. Inside 3 hours a credit is taken, or $5.00 for unlimited package holders, and a no show costs a credit or $10.00. The first late cancellation of the year is not charged.
What should I bring to Mommy and Me Pilates?
A water bottle and a towel if you want one. For Mommy and Me Pilates, bring a carrier, snacks and toys for your child; cubbies hold everything during class.
