Compare with any studio in Summit

Frequently Asked Questions

View all FAQs
Is there physical therapy here?

Yes, and it is the point of the place. The studio was founded in 2020 by two physical therapists, and it runs Pilates classes, licensed physical therapy and wellness coaching as three separate services under one roof. Very few Pilates studios have licensed clinicians on staff, and it changes what a private session can be.

Are the hours really the same every day?

Yes, 6am to 6:30pm, all seven days including Sunday. No day differs, which makes planning simple and means there is no evening class at any point in the week.

How many people share the room?

Two figures are published for Summit, a maximum of five and a maximum of eight. Either way it is small, but ask if the number matters to you.

What are the class formats?

R3form is the all levels reformer class, R3fresh is the slower one for beginners and recovery, and R3fine is an intermediate class restricted to members. There is also a Tower and Jumpboard session.

How much is a session?

$170 for a private, $79 semi private, and membership from $130 a month. A new client special bundles two private sessions and three classes at a discount.

Is parking difficult in Summit?

It can be. There is street parking and a public lot near West Elm, and the studio suggests budgeting extra time between 9am and 1pm and at weekends.

What do I need to bring?

Comfortable clothing and socks, which are required for every class and sold at the studio. Water is available in the waiting room, and there is a coffee and tea bar.

Can I pay by cheque?

Yes, local personal cheques are accepted alongside cash and cards, which is rare in 2026.
