The Pilates Theory was a great experience. Like many of us, I have fallen off with routine workouts and was ready to get back in. The classes are low impact, great overall strength and stretching, and not an intimidating environment. I will be going weekly from here on out!
Great workout and instructor. Instructor was very helpful since it has been awhile since I had done Pilates due to hip pain. Completed my session and my hip felt great!
