Reformer 1 is the one built for you, and it is also the class for beginners and anyone with limitations. Athletic Reformer is explicitly not suitable during pregnancy or with an injury, since it is fast paced and brings in HIIT. The studio is unusually clear about that line, which is helpful.
What is the difference between the two hot classes?
Heat is the same, intent is not. Hot Pilates Flow runs 90 to 100 degrees with lighter weights and props, low impact, no cardio. Hot Pilates Strength uses heavier weights and adds short cardio bursts. There is also a non heated Pilates Strength if you want the load without the room.
Which unlimited price is right, $179 or $199?
