How late does the studio run on a Thursday?
Thursday is the long day, 7am to 7pm. Monday opens at 6am and also runs to 7pm, Tuesday stops at 6pm, Wednesday and Friday shut at 12pm, and both weekend mornings end at 11am.
What does a late cancellation cost?
Cancel at least 12 hours before the start time or you pay for it. Unlimited Monthly members are charged a $10 late cancellation fee and a $15 no-show fee, while Class Pack and Limited Monthly holders lose the credit outright. New clients are asked to arrive no later than 10 minutes before class.
Do I need clip-in shoes for a Cycle class?
No. The Schwinn AC Performance Carbon Blue bikes take SPD and Delta or Peloton clips and have toe straps for trainers. The studio does not rent cycling shoes.
What is the difference between the Main Studio and the Laurel Studio?
The Movement Ventura runs two complete studios under one roof, and they are built for opposite moods. The Main Studio is the sensory room: dark lighting, neon and candlelight, loud music and the Schwinn bikes. The Laurel Studio is bright and calming, with natural light, greenery, natural wood flooring and ballet barres, which is where the Barre work happens. Pick the room, not just the class time.
