View all FAQsHow hot is the room at Sweat Haven?
Infrared panels keep most classes at 90-95 degrees Fahrenheit, while slow flow sits at 80 degrees. Espresso Flow is a 45-minute all-levels vinyasa for shorter days.
What does the $99 intro offer at Sweat Haven cover?
Two weeks of unlimited hot yoga, infrared sauna, cold plunge and red light therapy. By comparison, a Hot Sculpt & Strength drop-in is $30.00.
Is the $229 wellness membership the same as the $179 class membership?
They are priced as different things. The $179 plan is unlimited monthly classes. The $229 Unlimited Wellness Membership auto-renews, allows 1 session per day, and names infrared sauna, cold plunge, red light therapy and towel service, with no mention of yoga classes, so confirm with Sweat Haven on (321) 361-5511 before assuming it covers both. For contrast sessions on their own, a 20-pack is $860, about $43 each.
Can a friend join a Community Wellness session after class?
Yes: Community Wellness sessions after a hot yoga class take up to 7 people at $25.
What do mat and towel rentals cost at Sweat Haven?
Mat or towel rental is $4, and $10 covers a bundle of mat, yogitoes and hand towel. Towel service runs $75/month, once a day at most.
Which evenings at Sweat Haven run until 8pm?
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, each opening at 9am. From Friday through Sunday the Melbourne studio shuts at 6pm instead, so plan weekend visits earlier.
Does Sweat Haven back up its Space Coast claim?
Sweat Haven calls itself the only infrared hot yoga and wellness studio on the Space Coast. We have not checked that; Google reviewers rate it 5 from 34.
Is there parking by Sweat Haven on Town Center Avenue?
Street parking runs along Rodina Drive and Town Center Avenue. Classes can fill up quickly, so reserve through the website or the Mindbody app before you drive over.
