Yes, a minimum of 20 classes before joining it. That is a real prerequisite and it exists because the class blends reformer work with hand weights, bands and props rather than staying on the carriage.
The lowest class rate, 10% off in the studio shop, one free guest a month excluding Saturdays, a welcome gift, and free infrared sauna sessions, one at twelve or more classes a month and two at sixteen or more.
Six months on any membership, billed monthly afterwards, with 30 days notice to cancel. Classes must be used within the month and do not carry over, though extra sessions are charged at a discounted member rate.

A 45 minute outdoor session: 30 minutes of mat Pilates then 15 of gentle stretch and meditation. Members go free and non members pay $25. Bring your own mat or a blanket.
