It runs inside F45 Training at 1150 Callens Rd Suite A in Ventura, so you go through the gym to reach it. Parking, showers and lockers come with the host gym.
Is the $125 unlimited better value than paying per class?
Drop in is $30 and unlimited is $125 per month, so the membership wins as soon as those $30 visits start adding up. Your first class is free either way, and booking runs on Mindbody.
Why are Monday and Wednesday evening only?
Hours change shape from day to day here, which catches people out. Tuesday and Thursday are the full days, open from 6am and running through to 7:30pm. Monday and Wednesday are evening only, also finishing at 7:30pm. Friday is a short midday window that closes at 1pm, Saturday is a morning block ending at 11am, and Sunday is closed.
What is in the recovery room?
An infrared sauna and a cold tub in a dedicated recovery room. Book that as its own session and arrive at least 15 minutes ahead, because check in comes first.
How is the room heated?
The indoor studio uses infrared heaters, and Studio Flex45 also runs an open-air outdoor studio, so ask which room your class sits in before you book a Hot Pilates slot.
