Frequently Asked Questions

View all FAQs
Is there a cafe?

Yes, and it is part of the business rather than an afterthought. Unlimited members and Core 4 pass holders both get 10% off there, and gift cards work for classes and for coffee alike.

How hot are the classes?

Gently. Some classes run at 73 to 80 degrees, which is warm rather than hot, and a long way from the 95 to 105 range a dedicated hot studio uses.

What do the memberships cost?

$150 a month for unlimited, covering all regular classes, breathwork, sound baths and Soulset dance, with workshop discounts and the cafe discount. A Summer Special ran at $133 on a three month commitment with enrolment closing on the first of September.

Are there smaller options?

A Core 4 pass at $72 a month for four classes including breathwork, sound bath and Soulset, or a ten class pack at $210 expiring in six months. The new student intro is two weeks unlimited for $50.

What does it specialise in?

A wide spread: Hot Yoga, Vinyasa, Flow, Rocket, Ashtanga, Jivamukti, Dharma, Cali Yoga, Yin, Strength and Mobility, restorative practice and Mat Pilates.

Can I pay cash?

No, the business is cashless. Major cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay only.

How early should I arrive?

Fifteen minutes, mostly to find parking. The studio directs people to the pink parking zones marked on its own map of downtown Grass Valley.

Do I need to bring anything?

Mats and lockers are provided but towels are not, so bring your own. A reusable water bottle is encouraged.

Ready to book at Soulspace Collective?
